REFUND POLICY

USER ACCOUNT SUSPENSION

User accounts may be suspended or restricted under the following circumstances:

  • Violation of Terms or abuse of the account

  • Suspected security breaches

  • Suspicion of collusion or cheating between players

We reserve the right to:

  • Permanently suspend the user account

  • Forfeit any remaining cash balance

  • Seek damages through legal means

  • Initiate legal prosecution where applicable

Note: If a user loses an amount exceeding ?______, their account may be suspended for a period of ____ days.

Repeated violations or material breaches may result in a permanent ban from the platform.

SECURITY AND JWT TOKENS

Accounts are protected via usernames and passwords. Users must not share login credentials. If a breach is suspected, users must notify the platform immediately.

Violating these provisions, including tampering with JWT tokens, may result in account suspension or closure.

Actions by Dhadas Online Private Limited are without prejudice to any additional legal remedies available.

GOVERNING AGREEMENT

These Terms govern the relationship between the user and Dhadas Online Private Limited. Users under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from accessing or playing games on our platform.

By registering and using the platform, users confirm they have read, understood, and accepted this Privacy Policy.
